Choose your handbag, check it out and place your order.

You will be able to pick the shipping rate that you prefer.

Once you receive your handbag, you have up to one week to try it out. If you like it, great, if you do not like it and want to return it, email us at fairgne@gmail.com, we will send you a prepaid shipping return label.

When you return the handbag in the first week, you will get full refund of the handbag value. The refund will be issued after our team inspects the handbag for missing parts, liner cleanliness and integrity of the handbag body.

If you received a damaged product, send us photos that clearly show the damage within the first 24 hours of receiving your order, for full refund of the product value.

Returns after the first week are subject to parial refunds depends on the condition of the returned item.

No returns after 30 days of receiving your order.

You can cancel your order anytime before it gets dispatched and transferred to the shipping provider. Once the shipping status is updated, no cancellation is allowed.
