  • The Renting process

Browse our products. Find your handbag. Select your rental term on the calendar. Renting is on three terms 2, 3 and 4-full days per item. 

Add any optional add-on items to your order.

Read and check the terms of use box. Visit https://fairgne.ca/pages/terms-of-use 

Your final price will include the rent per term+damage waiver+shipping cost. Damage waiver is refundable once we receive the handbag back.

The rental term starts on the date you have selected on the store calendar - please select the day before the event  as your first day of the term, place your order at least 7 days before the event you are attending (shipping within Alberta takes about 2 business days for processing. Shipping to BC might take up to 3 business days for processing while shipping to Ontario is considered national delivery and might take longer). Make sure to pick the shipping service that will get you the item in time. If you think that your event is too soon and the item won't make it to you before your event, please do not order.

You will receive the item before or on the date you have selected. 

  • For events on statutory holidays, please select the day prior to the Holiday as the first day of the term, for example, you have an event on Canada day, you would select June 30 on the booking calendar. 

After you receive your order:

We kindly ask our clients to carefully open the box and keep the cushioning, you will need these for the return (please, do not return the handbag without a box or cushioning, handbags might get damaged on return).

You will have to inspect the item within the first 24 hours of receiving it for any damage. Sending photos showing the problem with the item in the first 24 hours of receiving it is required for a full refund. (visit https://fairgne.ca/policies/refund-policy ).

You will find a shipping label inside the box (or QR code emailed to you), this is your return label that you are going to attach on the mailer for easy return process.

You will have to return the item by the following day of the last day of the rental term, before noon, for example, last day of the term is Wednesday, take the item to the post office on Thursday before noon. (please, read carefully the return policy).

Your return process starts once you get the prepaid return label scanned at the post office. You will not be charged because of the carrier delays.

    After you enjoy your item, we kindly ask you to review it on our website. Reviews help us to modify the handbags collections to come, to meet your expectations. We are open to adapt any modifications in our next collections that will be curated for you to make you stand out.
