Safety is priority. 

  • Although our handbags are sturdy, a tiny break into the fishing line used to string these beads will make some beads come off eventually. Please, use it carefully, keep it stored securely when not in use and keep it out of reach of kids and pets. Fairgne is not responsible for the mishandling of any loose beads (chocking hazard from small parts or small ball)

  • Some handbags are made of or intricated with glass beads. Avoid impacts, drops, or rough surfaces, and keep it away from kids and pets to prevent chipping or breakage. Please, be aware that broken or chipped beads can have sharp edges, presenting a risk of personal injury or damage to fabrics. Please, use it carefully, keep it stored securely when not in use. Fairgne is not responsible for any injury to persons or the damage to property due to the use of a handbag with broken/chipped bead/s.

  • Some handbags are made out of velvet-like-material/acrylic and/or resin beads. While generally safe for public use, these materials can cause allergic reactions or skin irritation in individuals with pre-existing sensitivities. Fairgne is not responsible for any allergic reaction, skin conditions, or other health-related issues that you might develop from handling our handbags.

Item inspection: Please, inspect your item within the first 24 hours of receiving it. If you receive a damaged item, please, Whatsapp us photos showing the damage with the item for full refund of the item value. Keep any loose beads or hardware and return it with the item.

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once dispatched to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Return: is good for one week of receiving your order. Please, return the handbag in its original condition for full refund of the handbag value. The refund is going to be initiated after we receive and inspect the handbag.
