By placing a rental order with us you are agreeing to the terms below .

Careful handling of your rental item can for sure extend the life of it and ensure keeping it in a pristine condition to share with other Fairgne customers and to avoid security deposit deductions.

  • Keep the handbag in the dust bag inside the box when you are not using it to protect it from dust. Please, do not hang the handbag.

  • The surface of the beads is prone to scratching. Please, do not place the handbag on the floor or drag it over rough surfaces.

  • Keep the liner clean. Please, do not place any loose toiletry items in the handbag. Unwanted stains (e.g. nail polish) won’t be easily cleaned and might also stain the beads which is an irreversible damage to the handbag.

Please be advised that your rental has been used before. It might not show as new
as the online photos/videos. Color tones might also vary due to individual monitor
Settings. Fairgne is not liable for minor wear and tear issues with the items.

Safety is priority. 

  • Although our handbags are sturdy, a tiny break into the fishing line used to string these beads will make the beads come off eventually. Please, use it carefully, keep it stored securely when not in use and keep it out of reach of kids and pets. Fairgne is not responsible for the mishandling of any loose beads.

  • Some handbags are made of or intricated with glass beads. Avoid impacts, drops, or rough surfaces, and keep it away from kids and pets to prevent chipping or breakage. Please, be aware that broken or chipped beads can have sharp edges, presenting a risk of personal injury or damage to fabrics. Please, use it carefully, keep it stored securely when not in use. Fairgne is not responsible for any injury to persons or the damage to property due to the use of a handbag with broken/chipped bead/s.

  • Some handbags are made out of velvet-like-material/acrylic and/or resin beads. While generally safe for public use, these materials can cause allergic reactions or skin irritation in individuals with pre-existing sensitivities. Fairgne is not responsible for any allergic reaction, skin conditions, or other health-related issues that you might develop from handling our handbags.

Refundable damage waiver

We understand that accidents happen! To avoid any deductions, we recommend handling your rental with the same care you would give your own most treasured accessory.

A refundable damage waiver ranging from 5 to 10$ per item (20% of the rent) will be placed on your card and will be released in full within 3-5 business days of us receiving the handbag back undamaged. The damage waiver is indicated at the product description.

Late return fees:

After your rental term ends, you need to take the packaged handbag to the post office on the day after your rental term ends, before noon. You will be charged late return fees of 5$ per item per day until we get the item back. Your return starts once the prepaid return label gets scanned in the post office, you won't be charged for carrier delays. No return

No return after 6 days, you will be charged the full retail price and you can keep the item.
