Shipping policy

For sold handbags:

we will try our best to send you your item ASAP. 

In case you want to return it, you will need to email us at inquiries@fairgne.ca for a return label, or What's app @ 5879203037 text only.

For rental handbags:

Fairgne uses two-way shipping. You will get a pre-paid label in the same box with your order or a QR code emailed to you. 

Fairgne uses Canada post, so there will be no delivery on weekends. For orders on weekend, you will receive your order on Friday (please, read carefully Know the drill).

All you have to do is to pack the handbag, secure it with the cushioning in the same way you received it, attach the return label onto the box/mailer, take it the nearest Canada post office, get it scanned and you are all done. Your return starts once you scan this label at the post office.

You will pick the shipping rate that is suitable for you. We ship Canada wide. There is no shipping outside of Canada.
