Refund policy

For sold items:

Handbags: Return is good for one week for full refund. If you do not like your handbag, you can return it in its original condition. Refund is going to be issued after we receive and inspect the handbag for missing parts (handles, hardware), cleanliness of the liner and integrity of the body of the handbag.

Email us at inquiries@fairgne.ca for a prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you on your return request.

Accessories: Photos clearly showing the issue with the damaged item are required within the first 24 hours of receiving the item. You are responsible for unpacking and inspecting the item within the first 24 hours of receiving it, for full refund.

For rental handbags:

Returns must be on time, no exceptions.

Late returns will be subjected to a late return fee of 5$ per day per item and will be charged on your original method of payment.

No-return after 7 days, you will be charged the retail value of the item.

Please, return the handbag on the day following the end of your rental period, before noon. Return date is the date when your item’s prepaid-return label is scanned at the post office, you will not be charged because of carrier delays. (please, refer to Q&A page for more info about  return on Sunday or a holiday).

Cancellations
You may cancel your booking at any time with full refund until your item has been dispatched. Once the tracking information is updated and the package is in the hands of the shipping provider, your booking can no longer be cancelled. Email us at  inquiries@fairgne.ca
