1- Is Fairgne a legitimate business?
Fairgne Ltd is a named Alberta Corporation. It was incorporated in Alberta, Canada in May 2025. Please, visit https://albertacorporations.com/fairgne-ltd for more information.
2- Are these beaded handbags sturdy?
Yes, these handbags are sturdy and can carry your belongings with no problem. Beads were strung using a fishing wire, which is very sturdy with handling.
3- I need the handbag for a night out, why there is no one-day rental term?
We ask our customers to select the day prior to the actual event day as the first day of the rental term. This ensures that you receive the item with time to spare, so if there’s any unexpected delay, you have a full day to implement a plan B without your entire event being disrupted. Also, offering one-day rentals would require us to increase our daily rates to cover our costs. The 2-day term lets us keep our prices affordable for everyone.
4- What does the damage waiver cover? And what is not covered?
This damage waiver deposit covers any damage beyond normal wear and tear like the cleaning costs for stains on the liner, repairable minor breaks in the fishing line that does not affect the construction of the handbag, missing accessory (lock, charm, liner), broken strap/chain or clasp.
This deposit does not cover the loss or theft of the handbag or major breaks and loss of beads that will make the handbag irreparable. In this case you need to pay the full retail price minus the security deposit.
5- How should I know the damage waiver before I proceed to order my item?
It is indicated in the product description. It is ranging from 5 to 10$ per item.
6- Why can't I book a handbag on the calendar and all days are blocked?
Each handbag is one-of-a-kind, so if all days are blocked, this means that this handbag is already rented and once we have it back we are going to restock it again and you can order it.
7- What should I do after I receive my item?
We ask our customers to open the mailer and the box carefully and keep all the cushionings because you will use them again for the return.
Inspect your item for any damage. If you received a damaged item, send us photos showing the problem within the first 24 hours of receiving your item. Visit https://fairgne.ca/policies/refund-policy for more info.
8- Is there a late return fee?
You will be charged a late return fee of 5$ per day per item untill we receive the item back.
No return after 6 days, you will be charged the whole retail price and you can keep the item.
9- What if I did not receive a prepaid shipping label?
No worries, email us at inquiries@fairgne.ca and we will email you one.
10- What if I did not receive my rental item on time?
We advise all our customers to place their order at least one week before their event. Please, keep in mind that we need time to process your order, clean, package and deliver your handbag to the carrier, and this takes some time.
Fairgne is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
11- What if my rental term ends on Friday, Saturday or a holiday, how am I going to return the item while the carrier does not ship on weekends ?
For rental term ends on Friday, most post offices can still process your return on Saturday before noon.
For rental term ends on Saturday or a holiday, you may drop your item off by 12pm on Monday or the day following the holiday and you will not be charged late fees. Otherwise, you can still reach us at inquiries@fairgne.ca and let us know what is going on with your return process.
12- What if I received a damaged item?
We ask all our customers to inspect the item within the first 24 hours of receiving it for any damage. Sending photos showing the problem with the item in the first 24 hours of receiving it is required for a full refund. (visit https://fairgne.ca/policies/refund-policy)
13- What if the item got damaged on return?
No worries, Fairgne pay for the return and it is insured shipping and we will claim the insurance and the carrier has to provide details about the return process from the moment you dropped off the box at the post office.
